Focus Round. The most common questions are answered below.

The countdown changed while the app was closed
That is expected. Focus Round stores the time at which a running timer should end. When the app becomes active again, it compares that time with the clock instead of assuming that the app was awake for every second.
I did not receive a notification
Open Focus Round's settings and check the notification status. If it is Off, use Open System Settings and allow notifications for Focus Round. Also check that Focus modes or system sound settings are not silencing the signal.
The timer itself does not depend on notifications. Returning to Focus Round recalculates the countdown from the stored end time and presents the phase derived from it.
The timer does not appear on the Lock Screen
Start a focus session while Focus Round is open. If the Live Activity still does not appear, open the system settings for Focus Round and make sure Live Activities are allowed. The Lock Screen presentation is available on iPhone and iPad; the Dynamic Island presentation requires a compatible iPhone.
Pausing, resetting or skipping changes or removes the Live Activity to match the timer in the app. Notification permission is separate and controls the signal at the end of a timer.
Changing a duration did not change the running timer
Settings apply to the next fresh timer of that phase. A session already in progress keeps the duration with which it started, so an accidental settings change cannot move its end time.
A focus session is missing from History
History records focus timers that reach zero. Resetting or skipping a session does not count it as completed. The History screen shows today's completed sessions.
The Mac window disappeared
Closing the main window does not stop the timer. Click Focus Round in the menu bar and choose Open in Separate Window to bring the window back.
Light or dark mode looks wrong
Choose System, Light or Dark under Appearance in Focus Round's settings. System follows the current appearance of your iPhone, iPad or Mac.
I want to start over
Reset returns the current phase to its full configured duration. Skip advances to the next phase. A running reset asks for confirmation to avoid an accidental interruption.
